The Data Economy
The 2018 German Business Day will be jointly organised by the Honorary German Consul in Brisbane, the Queensland Chapter of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the German Australian Business Association and the German Australian Business Women Association at SAP in Brisbane. The theme of this event will be dedicated to gaining a better understanding for the Data Economy. During the day, relevant aspects will be covered including data-intensive products and services, data supply chains, data trading, data economics, the legal side of the data economy and cyber security. We will explore related collaborative pathways between Queensland–based and German corporations ranging from established to emerging organisations. A panel discussion will integrate the different perspectives and summarise normative recommendations for the audience.
